All credit requests are securely transmitted to trusted direct lenders within the web network.By providing PII, users permit their partner lenders to contact them regarding loan requests and processing. Consequently, applicants waive the right to raise complaints related to these communications with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or any other regulatory agency.

The App's services are facilitated by third parties, and for enhancing user experience, the App may share user information with these third parties. The App may also share personal information with participating lenders, affiliates, and assignees as necessary. Opting Out
By default, when users submit PII, they opt-in for communications. However, users retain the right to decline subsequent communications from third parties.
